Great location near Quito, and the room was spacious. You could find wi-fi and a washing machine there.

I recently stayed at Apartamento 32 Juana De Arco for a weekend getaway. The apartment was perfect, offering comfortable rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and even small balconies. The owner, Marisol, was a fantastic host who spoke English and was always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was excellent, especially on weekends when La Rhonda street is just a short walk away. I highly recommend this apartment for its space, privacy, and great amenities.

The apartment owner is friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like home. Useful tourist information is available in the living room. It is conveniently located near La Ronda, which has many restaurants. Highly recommended!

The apartment had great amenities, including three bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a washing machine. the location was also ideal, with easy access to the city's historic area and public transportation. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful owner, who provided transportation services and recommendations for places to visit.

We were warned by locals about the safety of the area, but we personally did not feel unsafe. we did have some noise issues, especially in the mornings, with loud vehicles, people, and barking dogs.

We stayed two nights longer than planned because we liked the place so much. The flat has everything we needed, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is even a washing machine. The trolleybus stops right in front of the building and the old town is just a 5-minute walk away. It was perfect for exploring the city!

While the location is very practical during the day, at night the neighborhood becomes a bit sketchy. We don't recommend walking home at night and used taxis instead.
